The idea behind the Self Inflicted album can be summed up in one short sentence, "It is all my fault."
Songs of self doubt and self loathing form the general platform for this release. The constant assualt of second guessing and the fear of losing control plague the ideas behind each song. However, in any darkness, there are some signs of light.
Self Inflicted is a confession of false hopes and realisations.
